Total Cleaning Manila ("we", "our", "us") operates the website https://totalcleaning.com.ph. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. Our registered office is at Unit 902, 9th Floor, Rufino Building, 6784 Ayala Avenue corner V.A Rufino Street, Legaspi Village, Makati City 1223, Philippines.

2. What We Collect and Why

Contact Form Submissions

When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we collect your name and phone number. We use this to respond to your cleaning service inquiry and, if you proceed, to arrange your booking. We do not use this information for unsolicited marketing without your consent.

Analytics and Website Usage Data

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website. These tools may collect:

• Pages visited and time spent on each page
• Device type, browser, and approximate location (city-level)
• Interactions such as button clicks, form starts, and scroll depth
• Session recordings and heatmaps (Clarity only — anonymized)

This data is collected under legitimate interest to improve our website and service. IP addresses are anonymized. We do not use analytics data to personally identify you.

Google Analytics data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. Microsoft Clarity data is governed by Microsoft's Privacy Statement.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

Our website is served through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may collect anonymized performance and security data (e.g., page load times, error rates) as part of its CDN and DDoS protection services. This does not include personal identifying information.

3. Legal Basis — Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173)

We process your personal data in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The legal bases for processing are:

• Consent — when you submit our contact form, you consent to us using your name and phone number to respond to your inquiry.
• Legitimate interest — website analytics to improve our service and user experience.
• Contractual necessity — if you become a client, we process your contact details to fulfill our cleaning service contract.

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

• Contact form submissions — retained for 12 months from date of submission, or for the duration of a service relationship, whichever is longer.
• Analytics data — retained per the default retention settings of Google Analytics (14 months) and Microsoft Clarity (30 days for session recordings).

We will delete your data sooner if you request it and there is no legal obligation to retain it.

5. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Pageclip — our contact form processor, which receives form submissions on our behalf and emails them to us. Data is not retained by Pageclip beyond transmission.
• Google (GA4) — anonymized website usage analytics.
• Microsoft (Clarity) — anonymized session analytics and heatmaps.
• Cloudflare — website delivery, security, and anonymized performance monitoring.

All third-party processors are contractually bound to handle data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We do not transfer your personal data outside the Philippines except to the extent necessary to use the above processors, which operate their infrastructure internationally.

6. Your Rights Under RA 10173

As a data subject under Philippine law, you have the right to:

• Be informed — to know what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
• Access — to request a copy of your personal data we hold.
• Correction — to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure or blocking — to request deletion of your data where there is no legal basis for continued processing.
• Object — to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Data portability — to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
• File a complaint — to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) if you believe your rights have been violated.

8. Security

Our website is served over HTTPS with HSTS enforced. Contact form submissions are transmitted securely via Pageclip's encrypted API. We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we handle.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
